In our attempt to preserve the environment we have implemented a low impact approach to how we manage the land therefore there is:

no electricity (unless solar or eco conscience)
outdoor plumbing
All trash carried in will be carried out
no campfires or fires in bldgs.
no pets are allowed
visitors and overnight guest are not allowed
there is no garbage dump on the premises
Average climate year round 85f

sleeping bag or mattress (air)
sunglasses and sunscreen
2 flashlights with extra batteries
bed sheets 2 sets
insect repellant
mosquito net
pocket knife
towels 6 large, 6 hand, 6 wash
Flip flops
6 sweat socks, 2 long sleeve shirts, 2 long pair of pants
